Teaching Hospitality

Hi there, after much deliberation and assistance from my sister in law Nicole; the techno guru in the family; I have decided this will be a great way to share information with my students on information for assessment and general hospitality related information.  I will also set up a separate Blog for my business HIP- Hospitality Industry Partnerships http://hipgroup.com.au/. I will start an on-line community for Hospitality Teachers to share information and resources too!! Can’t you tell I am really getting in to this web 2.0  stuff!!  Anyway I will now start working out how best to get my Year 11’s to do their next assessment piece which was to be an assignment on a blog, instead of the usual paper based piece.  So I shall disappear and play around with how to get this to work best!! Wish me luck. 

Hello all, this is me testing my understanding of using the web 2.0 devices discovered at the EDNA workshop I attended today, at the University of Queensland St Lucia campus.
