Teaching Hospitality

Hi there, after much deliberation and assistance from my sister in law Nicole; the techno guru in the family; I have decided this will be a great way to share information with my students on information for assessment and general hospitality related information.  I will also set up a separate Blog for my business HIP- Hospitality Industry Partnerships http://hipgroup.com.au/. I will start an on-line community for Hospitality Teachers to share information and resources too!! Can’t you tell I am really getting in to this web 2.0  stuff!!  Anyway I will now start working out how best to get my Year 11′s to do their next assessment piece which was to be an assignment on a blog, instead of the usual paper based piece.  So I shall disappear and play around with how to get this to work best!! Wish me luck.
